Nags Head

We enjoyed a fantastic vacation with the Beavers crew at Nags Head again this year.  Benjamin's first beach trip!  Both kids did great and enjoyed the family time and beach fun (Benjamin did okay on the beach, but only in short spurts).  We played with the older girls on the beach and in the pool, chased crabs on the beach at night time, ate ice cream on Jennette's Pier and watched Frozen every single day at rest time...literally...every. single. day. We even attempted going out to dinner on the last night, which actually wasn't terrible for our first dinner outing with both kids.  Madeline was a gem, as usual, but Benjamin's 7 pm bedtime caught up to us and he was a little fussy.  Once I got him to sleep on my shoulder, we were golden.  Can't wait for next year, as the cousin numbers continue to grow!
