Madeline's birthday celebrations

We celebrated the big #3 with the family on Saturday the 17th with delicious Moe's and cake. Madeline and her cousin, Avery, played and ate and played some more, and our birthday girl enjoyed every bit of birthday love she received from her sweet family.  She totally got the concept that it was "her" day and that everyone was there to see her.   Such fun!

On her actual birthday, I brought cupcakes to Benna's at lunch time and Madeline got to blow out another candle with her friends.  She was so proud and excited (and the other kids were excited to have cupcakes, too!).  Year 3 is off to a great start for our precious girl.
