What a wonderful Easter weekend. It's such a special time of year.
Papa and VieVie arrived Friday night, and we enjoyed a fun Easter celebration at Grandbuddy & Mimi's house Saturday afternoon. Grandbuddy hid Easter eggs in the yard for Madeline & Avery and we all enjoyed watching them find them. Madeline meant business and was on a mission to find the eggs...even taking some out of Avery's basket along the way. It was really fun to watch the girls hunt - and actually get the concept. They had a ball!
On Sunday morning, we slept in a little, enjoyed our Easter basket (the Easter Bunny was good to sweet Madeline) and cooked a big breakfast..including bunny pancakes for our favorite bunny. After an amazing church service, we had lunch with Uncle David and a visit from Aunt Anne.
