Madeline's 5th birthday party

We started the birthday festivities on Madeline's actual birthday with dinner out at Kabuki Japanese Steakhouse.  Mimi and Grandbuddy treated mom, dad, M, Benjamin, Vie and Papa to a delicious meal, and then we all came back to our house to open presents and have cupcakes.  Madeline got a big girl bike, a backpack for school, and some beautiful clothes.

Then, we had a blast at a party hosted on May 28 at Pullen Park in Raleigh.  Guests enjoyed cupcakes, face painting, and a visit with Princess Aurora before being released to go enjoy the rides at the park.  Madeline loved every minute.  Happy day to you, our sweetheart.
